��С���������������, Davis, Chancellor Gary S. May addresses distress within the campus community over a student-led event tonight (March 14) organized by Turning Point USA (TPUSA) at ��С���������������. He notes that TPUSA, as a registered student organization, has the right to reserve university facilities and invite speakers of their choice, and that the university faces a heavy burden under UC policy to deny such requests over concerns of violence. At the same time, he says, “Please be assured that we are monitoring the event closely to determine if a threat or incitement develops that meets that threshold or violates other campus policies.”
